I FORGOT to put the tool caddy on in the beginning. It’s a good thing that I don’t need it because you CAN’T put it on at the end!!!

Platform Ladder was delivered very quickly after our order was confirmed. Easy, peasy setup/installation. It was necessary for me to ream the top two holes (one on each side) to attach the handrails; original holes were undersized. Once the two holes were resized, the handrails installed quickly and were very stable. My Wife loved the safety and sturdiness of the Ladder, as do I. Given its sturdiness, it is quite easy to fold and move around as needed. The ladder can be easily carried with just hand, given it lightweight. The tool bag is also a great add-on. Most recently used to replace battery in our motion detector. This unit is a perfect replacement for our 40 year-old wooden ladder, which has served us well over the years for small jobs around the house. We have four aluminum ladders, each at varying heights, along with a three-step folding ladder. The Platform Ladder is a welcomed addition because of its height and safety rails for all-around use inside out home. My Wife has suggested I purchase a 2nd one for outside use, but it would need to be taller for maximum use. Thanks for putting this on the market!

Assembling the hand rails would have been so much easier if the screws went through both sides. As it is currently constructed matching up both screws was quite tedious, and it does make me wonder about the intrinsic strength if the hand rails are ever actually used or needed for serious support. The ladder is great though, although I may have trouble finding a place to store it. Part of the appeal of a step ladders is quick access, so it may just become part of the room “decor”.

We like the idea of this ladder with four steps. However, the right and left hand rails did NOT fit on the side rails. They simply were not formed to lay on each other and have the hardware connect them. The hardware provided was too short to be able to connect them in this circumstance. We went to Lowes and bought four sets of hardware in a longer stem. This made a weak connection and not tight. When using the ladder for the first time, the right hand rail hardware broke and the handrail fell off. Very disappointed that I have a four step ladder without a right hand rail. I am 79 years old and purchased this ladder because it was advertised as a ladder that is safe for the elderly.
