i found the steps to be a little flimsy, not very sturdy, when i stepped on them they moved a little. i hope this doesn't become an issue over time but overall i like the design, i can now reach those high places in my house with ease, safely and comfort and its safe enough for my wife, who's a little scary about high places. it wouldn't hurt to include in the design a handle of some sort to make it easier to carry around. other than that it serves my needs perfectly. thanks for making it.

I love the side handles as you are climbing - just makes you feel so much more secure! The wide “steps” are so comfortable for your foot compared to the rungs of a typical ladder. Love the bucket/utility holder at the top. Folds easily and at age 71, I can carry by myself!

Love it. My three-step ladder doesn't have much of lean-on rail, making me dizzy if I step too high, fear of falling forward...or sideways. I want to reach the ceiling safely, and this is the correct tool for the job. I've not seen a step ladder this tall. Typically after three steps, next level is 6', 8'+ ladder - which I have, but doesn't make me feel safe.

The rails add additional, needed support. The tray holds your tools, screws, nails, etc. I put it together in half hour, then installed rods & hung my new drapes.
(60 y/o, strong, capable, stubborn woman ;)

Very simple assembly. 3 pieces added to the main ladder and held by 6 fasteners. Tool pouch simply slips on. Last photo shows the final product. Start to finish: Less than 20 minutes. This step ladder is extremely stable and a joy to use.

This ladder is very sturdy and the handrails make me feel safe and secure because I have something to hold onto. I find myself grabbing the ladder for several chores around the house because it’s so convenient. It was fairly easy to assemble. I can’t lift things that are very heavy but this is light enough for me to carry and very easy to fold and unfold. Much safer than a stepstool or small ladder without rails. Good quality for the price.

The stability of this ladder to climb up 5 steps and feel secure with handles, and being able to lean forward without fear of falling, especially for us in our 70's. I'm now able to wash the high window shown in the pic and feel safe doing it. This ladder is a blessing for anyone especially older adults who need to feel safe on a ladder.

You can hold on and climb with no problem by holding on to rails. We are extremely pleased with making this purchase and we loved it so much we purchased the 4 step for our garage.

I needed a way to replace my carport light fixture, but I don't have a 6' ladder, and at 75 didn't want one.
I found this Hightower stepstool on Amazon and it was perfect for my needs. Standing on the top platform I was well supported by the front rail, and could easily replace my light! I also used it again later to clean a rear gutter from leaves & debris. Its light weight but sturdy, and easily moveable around my home, inside or outside.
