I absolutely love this ladder. It helps me reach the lights in my 10 foot ceiling. I feel steady and secure on this ladder due to the handrails that I can lean against and also the fact that the steps are extra wide, so my feet feel secure on the steps. The steps also have been designed in such a way that you don't slip on the steps. I love the tray at the top of the ladder. It comes in so handy for so many things, like holding my battery powered drill/screwdriver, nails, screws, light bulbs, batteries. It has so many different uses. I would definitely recommend this ladder to others.

I returned the first ladder I got because the foam on the hand rails was damaged on both of them. So I ordered another one hoping it would be okay. I got it and only one hand rail was damaged. It is a very nice ladder so I decided to keep it. It is easy to fold up and I like the wide steps and hand rails.

This step-ladder is awesome! It was really easy to assemble. Assembly tip- be sure to use the two shorter screws posts to secure the top rail of the ladder and the 4 longer ones for the handles on the sides. The side handles are even labeled "left" and "right" so you can't mess up.
When you open this ladder and lock it in place using the top step locking mechanism, you realize just how sturdy this thing really is. When I climbed up, it was so solid. It felt almost like I was simply climbing a staircase rather than a ladder. It's that sturdy. I'm a senior (citizen, not high school, lol) so I really appreciate the foam padded handrails for security while climbing. The top rail is great for the same reason. Steadiness.
I'm so thrilled with this ladder. I give it 2 thumbs up for sure.

This is a sturdy ladder with steps wide enough to feel safe using. It has the handles on each side for gripping while climbing up the steps. The tray is invaluable. I used it to do border around the room and it was so much easier and safer using this ladder, just love it.

I got to where I just hated getting my heavy Little Giant ladder out for quick chores. It is versatile but not senior friendly. This guy however, is a champ. Gets me up to where I need to be, and is much, much easier to handle. It was a good choice. Minor assembly was required, but not difficult..
